Before submitting your Camera-Ready (CR) paper, please revise it as per the comments and suggestions of the reviewers and editors and submit it by ** 15 November, 2024 **. The reviews can be found at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sti-2024 . In addition, do not forget to write — how your work is related to Industry 5.0 and/or Sustainable Technology, if not stated already in your paper. Your negligence in tackling the reviews and other comments may lead to delay in publication or even rejection.

Plagiarism: When you are revising your paper, please make sure that the overall similarity percentage must remain below 30% and alongside that from a single source it must remain below 10%.

Camera-Ready Paper Submissions: All camera-ready papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF format via the EasyChair system. Before submitting your CR paper, please check the compatibility. The conference ID for IEEE manuscript compatibility check via IEEE PDF eXpress Plus https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ is 64222X. You can download the IEEE camera-ready templates for STI 2024 in Microsoft Word and LaTeX formats.

• HEADER: Please add the Conference Title “2024 6^th International Conference on Sustainable Technologies for Industry 5.0 (STI), 14-15 December, Dhaka” maintaining the two-lined format at the header of the right side of the paper according to the template.

• FIGURE, TABLE and EQUATION: Use high resolution (300×300 dpi) and clear images in the camera-ready manuscript. Vector graphics containing fonts must have the fonts embedded in the files. Place figures and tables at the top and bottom of columns. Large figures and tables may span across both columns. Use the abbreviation “Fig. 1”, even at the beginning of a sentence. Each Figure, Table and Equation should be referred to in the manuscript maintaining the sequence of their appearance.

• ENGLISH GRAMMAR: Read carefully the whole manuscript and confirm there are no any grammatical mistakes, before sending the camera-ready papers.

• If an author has multiple accepted papers, the author has to pay full registration fee for the first paper, 20% less of the regular registration for the second and onward papers.

Registration Guideline:

• Submit Basic Information: Begin by filling out and submitting a form through https://sti.green.edu.bd/registration that collects your basic information (e.g., name, contact details, etc.).

• Automatic Amount Generation: Once you have submitted the form, the system will automatically calculate the amount you need to pay based on the submitted information.

• Receive a Payment Link:
• A payment link, including a unique identification number, will be generated for you.
• This link will be sent to you, typically via email and message displayed on-screen.

• Click the Payment Link: Click on the unique payment link you received. This link will direct you to the payment portal. No need any bank account.

• Complete the Payment:
• Follow the instructions on the payment page to complete the payment process.
• Enter the necessary payment details (e.g., card information, bkash, nagad account, etc) and confirm the payment.
